Privacy Policy
Your data is protected with 256-bit encryption. We collect only essential information (email, vehicle no, phone) to process your FASTag pass. We never share your data with third parties for marketing. You may request data deletion anytime.
Payments are processed through RBI-approved gateways. Annual pass ₹3,075 (incl. GST). Monthly pass ₹299 (incl. GST). All transactions are final upon successful payment. Receipt and pass activation are sent via email within 2 hours.
Refund Policy
Full refund within 7 days if pass not activated. Partial refund (80%) for cancellation within 15 days of purchase. No refund after 30 days. To request a refund, contact support with your transaction ID. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
